SUCCESS STORY! It’s so exciting to see people with whom I’ve worked get some great attention! Lauren, of Albrecht Visual Art Services, and founding member of Emerging Leaders in the Arts Buffalo, is newly featured on Fine Art Magazine’s Web site. Check it out at fineartmagazine.com. Her feature is on the bottom right, and soon it will laud with an article about her work.

News Release

“You Know This Girl” Original Play to be performed at Pacific Northwest College of Art during Thesis Week.

During the week of April 26-30, PNCA will host the writer and performer C. Frances Fallon for a performance of her one woman play, “You Know This Girl.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Performance:

During Thesis Week April 26-30, at PNCA, C. Frances Fallon will perform her original one woman play. “You Know This Girl” is a one woman comedy about the depths of shallowness. Come meet Courtney. She’s not a bad person, she’s just painfully familiar. Follow Courtney from Spanish class, to beer pong, to reality television audition tapes, as she typifies an all too familiar contemporary American archetype.OMG!

“You Know This Girl,” is a light comedy and an intense social satire. It is simultaneously viciously critical and good dirty fun at the expense of those girls who have gone wild and the bros who have boners for them. It has been described by audiences as a “hilarious,” “shocking,” “outrageous, beautiful abomination.”

WARNING: The language and content of, “You Know This Girl,” is vulgar and offensive. There is partial nudity as well. If you’ll be seriously offended, please skip it. The author would prefer to shock and awe delicate audiences with her wit and brilliance at a later date as opposed to dirty words and boobies today.
